put value of x1,x2 and y1 and y2.

=(x-5)(x-1) + {y-(-6)}(y-3)=0

=(x^2 -x - 5x +5) + ( y+6)(y-3)=0

=x^2 - 6x +5 + y^2 - 3y +6y - 18=0

=x^2 + y^2 - 6x + 3y -13=0
