Find the volume of a triangular prism that has a triangular base of 14 and height of 17 with a prism height of 5.

Area of triangle = base x height x 1/2

Volume = area of triangle x height


Volume of the triangular prism:

= (14 x 17 x 1/2) x 5

= 119 x 5
