find the area of the square, the triangle and the circle at the top....but remember to take half of the area for the circle since its not a whole circle.

Start by finding the area of the semicircle, it should be (pi*6^2)/2.  Then find the area of the rectangle, it should be 12*7.  Then find the base of the triangle, it should be 15 squared minus 12 squared, then unsquare the answer to get the base.  The area of a triangle is Base*height/2.  Then add them all together, its long but I hope it helps.
