We need to collect 30 stickers and each bag has 3 stickers

Number of stickers in a bad       Number of stickers to be collected

[tex] \frac{3p}{3} [/tex] = [tex] \frac{30}{3} [/tex]
p = 10

We need to buy 10 bags of crisps to have 30 stickers

You need to collect 30 stickers and each bag of crips contains 3 stickers.

So; you just have to devide the total of stickers you need by the stickers contained in one bag.

So, let's call p the number of stickers.

[tex]p= \frac{TotalNumberOfStickers}{NumberOfstickers InOneBag} [/tex]
[tex]p= \frac{30}{3} [/tex]
[tex]p=10[/tex]

In short, you'll need to buy 10 bags.
